For Premium arrival service for arrival meeting the greeter will be waiting where you enter the terminal building; greeter will be holding a sign with the lead Passenger name showing; assistance and fast tracking is given through all airport formalities; one greeter for each passenger can be provided; immigration processing is handled privately and is fast tracked; complementary hand baggage trolleys are available if requested when booking; one baggage porter per passenger will be provided for free; an electric buggy may sometimes be provided free of charge (providing it is available, allowed and needed) but is not guaranteed.
For the Premium departure, the meeting point is on the kerbside; assistance and fast tracking is given through all airport formalities; one greeter for each passenger can be provided; immigration processing is handled privately and is fast tracked; complementary hand baggage trolleys will be provided if you request them when booking; one baggage porter will be provided for free; we escort passengers to their airline lounge, and/or to their boarding gate; an electric buggy may sometimes be provided free of charges (providing it is available, allowed and needed) but is not guaranteed; a wheelchair can be requested
