Our Elite VIP Airport Cairo Meet Assist is offered at Cairo CAI International Airport in Egypt. This is the highest level of Meet and Assist at this airport and uses a private lounge where your entry or departure paperwork will be processed. It makes for a comfortable and smooth passage through the airport for arrival or departure. There is also an Executive Assistance option. Cairo Elite VIP or Standard Assistance
Elite VIP & Standard Meet & Greet services
For Elite VIP Arrival, the Meet and Assist greeters – all English speaking – will meet you on the tarmac, next to the airplane or at the gate with an electric buggy. After reaching the private VIP lounge facility they will give you full Cairo Airport elite VIP assistance. They will handle health clearances, passport or visa control, and will collect and clear your bags whilst you wait in the lounge. The Elite VIP Meet and Greet staff will also find and take you to your driver, friends, colleagues, hotel rep or guide.
For Elite VIP Departure the Meet & Greet team will coordinate with your ground transportation driver who will use a special VIP drop off point. On your arrival at the VIP Facility they will handle your check in and bags and be your personal airport assistant. They will be there as you pass through the border control and airline departure process, which will be performed inside the VIP lounge facility. This Elite VIP service avoids lining up, or mixing with regular passengers. It is private, exclusive and convenient.
A lower cost and convenient Standard Meet & Greet Service is also available. For arrivals, we greet passengers before the immigration zone and escort them to and through the immigration, quarantine, baggage and customs clearance processes, and help them locate their driver. For departures we greet passengers at the terminal check in area and we assist and escort them to and through the check in, immigration, and direct them to their airline lounge or to their departure gate.
